I graduated in 1992 from Alvernia College with a BS degree in Elementary Education.

I graduated from Kutztown University in 1999 with a Master's Degree in Elementary Education. 

I previously taught 13 years in the Reading School District.

This is my 19th year at Muhlenberg. I have taught 3rd grade for 15 years, and I am now a Reading Specialist.

I live in the Conrad Weiser School District and have 3 children. My daughter, Taryn, is 33 and graduated with a degree in Professional Writing/ English from Kutztown University. My twin sons are 29 years old. Connor graduated from Penn State University and Brandon graduated from Temple University.  I am married to Shaun who is currently in the Navy. I have a 3 year old granddaughter named Natalie. Life is busy!

In my free time I enjoy reading, walking, going to the beach, and spending time with my family.
