Welcome!

 

I have been teaching first grade for 27 years at Muhlenberg. 

 

I am a graduate of Muhlenberg High School and Penn State University.  I also have my Master's Degrees in Elementary Education from Kutztown University and in Educational Leadership from Wilkes University.

 

In my free time I love to read, go on vacations, hike, bike, walk, do wood-working projects, and spend time with my family, my niece (15), my nephew (18), and friends. I also love dogs, Penn State football, the Philadelphis Phillies, and Eagles football games!

 

Teaching first graders is very rewarding.  There is so much growth in all of their academic areas over the course of the school year.  I also LOVE that first graders LOVE coming to school every day!
