First Grade Teacher

Biography

* About Me:

- I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York, which makes me a Yankees and Giants fan :)

- I am proud to be half Puerto Rican and half Honduran.

- I moved to Pennsylvania with my family 20 years ago.

- I have six beautiful children — two of them are in the United States Marine Corps, and two of them are in college.

- I was an Assistant Teacher in the Reading School District for 12 years. This incredible experience instilled in me a passion for teaching and motivated me to pursue a degree in Education. 

* Education:

- I received my Associate's Degree through Reading Area Community College.

- I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix.

- I am currently an Alvernia University student pursuing my Master's Degree in ESL.

* Fun Fact:

- I love Disney!!
