My name is Haniff L. Skeete and I am the Principal at Muhlenberg High School.  Prior to this appointment, I was the Principal of C.E. Cole Intermediate School and the Assistant Principal and Dean of Students at Muhlenberg Junior High School.  I was a sixth grade teacher for approximately eight years at Governor Mifflin Intermediate School and during that time, the building principal shared a quote with the staff which opened my eyes and encouraged me.  It said, “Apply yourself.  Get all the education you can, but then, by God, do something.  Don’t just stand there, make it happen.”--Lee Iacocca.  As a result, I went back to school and received my Administrative certification and Graduate Degree in order to have a bigger impact on more students.

I truly consider it a blessing to be able to partner with the staff at Muhlenberg High School as well as the parents and students.  Mediocrity is not in my vocabulary.  All students have gifts but some open them sooner than others.  It is my goal to build excitement here at MHS so that students love coming to school and learning from our excellent teachers.
