•  Hello All!!

Welcome to my webpage...I am currently entering into my 9th year as a high school math teacher, and my 7th year at Muhlenberg High School.  I am very grateful to be a part of a district with such an amazing population of students and teachers.  In addition to my passion for teaching, I have a love for sports, specifically baseball.  In the Spring of 2023, I will be entering my fifth season of being the Junior High Head Baseball Coach.

The past two yearss have been very chaotic and constantly changing will all of the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.  For the first time since September of 2019, I feel as though we are going to have a full year of school without having to deal with extreme circumstances that greatly alter our routines.  Last year was essentially a "first year" for all students and teachers, so I am excited to put that behind us and have a productive school year in 2022-2023!

I graduated from Emmaus High School in 2009, and earned my degree in Secondary Education from West Chester University in December of 2013.  In December of 2018, I earned my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Kutztown University.

Each day I wake up, I cannot wait to make a difference in the lives of my students.  I will challenge them every day to give their best effort.  My classroom expectations are simple...Be on time, be prepared, be respectful.  The formula to succeed in my class is also simple...Show up, work hard.

If you ever have any questions, please do not ever hesitate to reach out.
I am very much looking forward to an exciting and productive year!

    -Mr. Barr
