•  Hello All!!

Welcome to my webpage...I am currently entering into my 7th year as a high school math teacher, and my 5th year at Muhlenberg High School.  I am very greatful to be a part of a district with such an amazing population of students and teachers.  In addition to my passion for teaching, I have a love for sports, specifically baseball.  I am entering my third season of being the Junior High Head Baseball Coach.

The past few months have been very chaotic and constantly changing will all of the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.  This school year will be challenging for all involved.  At this point, the most we can do is support each other and be there for each other, and just do our best!  We will get through this together.  Essentially, we are all first-year students and first-year teachers again.

I graduated from Emmaus High School in 2009, and earned my degree in Secondary Education from West Chester University in December of 2013.  In December of 2018, I earned my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Kutztown University.
Each day I wake up, I cannot wait to make a difference in the lives of my students.  I will challenge them everyday to give their best effort.  My classroom expectations are simple...Be on time, be prepared, be respectful.  The formula to succeed in my class is also simple...Show up, work hard.
If you ever have any question, please do not ever hesitate to reach out.
I am very much looking forward to an exciting and productive year!
    -Mr. Barr
