The Berks County Transition Coordinating Council (BCTCC) is a partnership of consumers, students and their families, educators, service providers, employers, post-secondary institutions and the Berks County community. BCTCC meets bi-monthly during the school year. The MISSION of BCTCC is to plan and facilitate the successful movement of students with disabilities from school programs to adult life. The GOAL of BCTCC is for each student with a disability to achieve his/her maximum potential for inclusion in all aspects of adult life.
